This session offers a practical, beginner-friendly introduction to modern AI—what it is, how it works, and how anyone can use it to work more efficiently and drive greater innovation in a professional setting. We’ll walk through core concepts like LLMs, agents, prompting, and then explore a real-world workflow example from idea to execution. Attendees will see how AI can support your day-to-day workflow’s by summarizing information, generating content, and discovering valuable insights from data. The goal is to build confidence, fluency, and a clear understanding of how AI can elevate both professional and personal impact. It’s strongly recommended that participants log in to the training from a computer/laptop device to take advantage of the in-training exercises.
