The Junior League of San Diego is led by a dedicated team of volunteer members, including our Board of Directors and Executive Management Team.
Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors is responsible for setting the strategic and long-term vision of the League, as well as establishing policies and providing fiduciary oversight. They develop goals that enhance JLSD’s ability to fulfill its mission, and ensure adherence to the mission and vision through the strategic plan.
Executive Management Team
Our Executive Management Team oversees the day-to-day operations of the League, including committee work governed by our eight Councils: Community, Diversity Equity, and Inclusion, Finance, Fund Development, Marketing, Membership, Operations, and Training. They work hard to ensure that JLSD is fulfilling its mission and meeting the needs of our community.
